'Living with a distant view of our macadamia plantation, I am constantly seeing the changes in the the light and weather systems moving across the tree plantation from above. The trees transform into dark shadows emerging from the mist or reflecting colours of rainbows and he sun after the rain.' -Beryl
The artist isn't representing an accurate depiction of a visual reality but instead by using colour, technique and form creates a composition that challenges viewers to form their own interpretation.
